How can I pay for my account?
We offer many different payment methods. You may pay by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Debit Card at our office. We also accept cheques in the mail, Visa and MasterCard over the phone, and pre-authorized payment. In addtion, you can make your payment through your bank's online system! Payments can be made online through all major banking institutions.
Are there discounts for the pre-authorized payment plan?
Yes. Sign up for our pre-authorized payment plan and receive Unlimited Hours (DialUp) for a $5/month savings or the Low Use 15 hours per month (Dialup) and save $3/month. Payment is automatically made by Automatic Withdrawal from your chequing account or by credit card on a monthly basis.
What is the time frame for ordering Dialup service?
We will have your new Dialup service activated within five minutes of your payment!
What is the time frame for ordering HighSpeed DSL service?
HighSpeed DSL takes anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to begin working. At the time of purchase, however, we are more than happy to book an appointment for our technicians to come to your home and install your modem.
